Foundations of Your Job

As a Business Developer at TWD, you are the eyes and ears of the offshore wind industry, adept at spotting new opportunities. Like a central hub, you collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to secure projects, capturing clients' attention with precise marketing strategies. You convince clients with ingenious concepts and compelling proposals. Additionally, you play a key role in developing cutting-edge tools and services for the future of offshore wind, working closely with the innovations team.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Staying up to date with developments in the offshore wind industry
• Developing smart construction methodologies for a variety of offshore wind-related projects
• Designing practical installation equipment concepts and collaborate with the Innovations Team to materialize your ideas
• Initiating marketing campaigns that capture your clients' attention, developed in collaboration with the marketing team
• Fostering new and maintain existing client relationships through business trips in Europe and the USA
• Identifying opportunities and secure new projects for TWD
• Developing professionally within the commercial team

You are the perfect match for this position if you also have the following skills and experience:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
• You have 2-5 years of working experience as an Engineer or Design Engineer
