We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for our Contract and Invoicing department. Important for this role is that you are fluent in French, as well as English or Dutch.

You will be working in the team responsible for the contract administration and invoicing of our Mid-Market customers. A great department where a lot happens. You will be responsible for the contracts and invoicing of Winbooks, one of our subsidiaries in Belgium. In time you will also learn more about our other products and contract administrations. Exact is a company that is growing fast and that makes the position fun and challenging.

In this role you are first point of contact for our Resellers in Belgium. Mastering the French language is therefore very important. You also speak Dutch or English. We receive orders through various channels (phone, email). You process these orders in our contract systems and you also guarantee that our invoicing is done on time. You are also first contact for our colleagues within Sales, Credit & Collection and Support to solve any customer questions.
