Vacature Motivated Working Student

We are currently looking for a motivated working student for our MAN Energy Solutions Schiedam office. As an
Time Registration Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring correct time registration for the Field Service Marine, Field Service Turbomachinery and Workshop department. This role offers flexibility in working hours, allowing for discussion to accommodate the student's schedule.

Your role:

• Ensuring accurate time registration
• Maintaining regular contact with our employees in the Field and Workshops
• Handling the administrative processing of timesheets
• Verifying sickness notifications on timesheets in the payroll system Visma and ensuring they are up to date
• Checking vacation hours with timesheets and/or timesplitter
• Distributing overview sheets via heliportal to employees regarding their overtime hours, time-saving arrangements, etc.
• Engaging in various activities via email and telephone
• Providing training and instruction to new employees on Timesheets as per their contracts
• Demonstrating stress resistance and maintaining composure in hectic environments

Your qualifications:

• Degree in administration MBO-4 level
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in processing work hours and overtime hours
• Familiarity with payroll system Visma (desirable)
• Knowledge of timesplitter for work hours in Workshops (desirable)
• Team player, approachable, cooperative and friendly
• Highly developed administrative skills and a detail-oriented work style
• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP Business One (desirable)
• Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English
