What is your new job?

Are you passionate about maintaining impeccable quality and safety standards in aerospace products? We are looking for a committed individual to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring excellence in every aspect of our operations.
You are responsible for:


  • Perform meticulous quality inspections on aerospace products, ensuring they meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections, make precise measurements, and carry out rigorous tests to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted, ensuring accountability and traceability.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from various disciplines to address quality concerns promptly and implement effective corrective actions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participate in both internal and external audits to validate compliance with stringent quality management systems and legal requirements.


Reporting Lines and Interactions

You will report to the Quality Team Leader. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, quality control, production and purchasing.


Job requirements

Education

  • MBO in a technical direction or comparable level through work experience, with internal audit training

Work experience

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a quality inspection, production or technical development environment
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or production of composites is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations

Other

  • Proficient in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools and software
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams from different disciplines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Optional: knowledge and ability to operate a laser tracker, a CMM and NDI devices
