We are looking for an intern who can help us understand the types of challenges our colleagues would like to discuss outside of their immediate teams and what minimal support is needed from our Learning & Development (L&D) department to facilitate this process. Using a Design Thinking- approach, we want you as an intern to then directly pilot some ideas in small cross-departmental groups. Last but not least, your assignment will be to make a plan on how to effectively launch this initiative within Exact.

This = what you bring

• A relevant people-oriented education HBO level, HRM/L&D student
• 4th year student and available for a minimum 0f 32h
• Thesis start date in September 2024
• Strong Communication skills in English is a must. Dutch is a pre but not a must
• An entrepreneurial mindset
